SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience

2006 to Present
Non-profit Renewable Energy Company
Chairman and President

The renewable energy non-profit company was founded by me in 2005 and incorporated as a non-profit company in 2007. The non-profit renewable energy company advocates and supports American energy independence through production of energy and renewable energy in the U.S. and has a goal of reducing and eliminating all foreign oil imports. This is accomplished, in part, through the publishing of over 1,000 websites advocating for American energy and renewable energy solutions. The non-profit renewable energy company is presently developing the "American Energy Plan."

The non-profit renewable energy company provides leadership, education and solutions including EPC and Balance of Plant services in: cogeneration, trigeneration, decentralized energy, biodiesel plants, B100 Biodiesel power plants, dispersed generation, renewable energy technologies, research and development, management consulting and assistance in providing funding and resources for new energy projects and technologies. As publisher of > 1,000 web sites on energy and renewable energy products, technologies and services, the company sells ads on its related websites which provides additional revenues.

As the company’s Chairman and President, I report to the Board of Directors and also provide the leadership, vision and oversee all aspects of the following:

  • Created the original vision and need for forming the non-profit renewable energy company.

  • Developed business plan and raised initial funding.

  • Provided funding and assisted with donations and fund-raising for universities for developing new renewable energy technologies, products and R&D.

  • Promoting the non-profit renewable energy company’s "state chapters" and led the opening of the state chapter’s in Florida, Minnesota, Oregon and State of Washington. (The state chapters in Minnesota, Oregon and Washington have been delayed due to unexpected death last of the Executive Director.)

  • Consultant and investor/shareholder in (2) B100 biodiesel plants – One located north of Houston, the other on the Houston Ship Channel which has not been built yet.

  • Consultant and shareholder in company which developed/owns (2) B100 Biodiesel power plants. One rated at 5 MW, the other at 10 MW.

  • Provided assistance in receiving approvals for several solar power parks (none constructed yet) the largest of which is located near Las Vegas, and approved by state regulators at just under 100 MW. This proposed solar power plant has access to 3 major high-voltage power lines.
